They say "When the Going gets Tough...the Tough get Going!".
The Human Resource function in organizations know this dictum fully well, having been in the forefront of managing change in tough situations multiple times. The current one is no exception. And that is what mine & @Snigdhanjali Mohanty Webinar "ROLE OF HR IN TIMES OF CRISIS" revolved around.

The participants were mainly HR personnel from Small and Mid-sized Firms, predominantly from the Manufacturing sector, who attended this webinar held 28th April 2020.
To make the webinar more insightful and research-based, we had launched a Quick Survey on the Key People Challenges during Covid Times,. primarily among firms in the same segment, and incorporated the findings in the Webinar.
The Webinar primarily hinged on How HR can Actively Partner with their Stakeholders- Leaders, Managers & Employees, in Leading their Organization through these Tough Times & an even Tougher Transformation. Salient discussions were around exploration of various tools and technologies to help create a more virtually engaged, motivated and connected workforce and help the organization become more agile by adopting digitization wherever they can!
While Covid has brought the whole world to a standstill, we need to accept that change is the only constant and how QUICKLY & STRONGLY we navigate our way around, is going to be the determining factor for success!
